Hygiene awareness campaign
MUMYO joined hands with members of Naggalama community to run a hygiene awareness campaign. The event attracted a massive number of participants from the community. Amongst other activities carried out were; general cleaning, training of masses on the importance of home and personal hygiene, to mention but a many.
The campaign also marked MUMYO’s last activity of the 2020 calendar year. The community members were excited to be part of this great campaign and requested MUMYO to regularly run similar campaigns in their communities. The local council leaders welcomed MUMYO to introduce other initiatives that will involve members of the community as this is a big boost to their standards of living.
