MUMYO collaborates with a range of partners including the Global Volunteers through Real Uganda, the Peace Corps, International Council on Management of Population Programmes (ICOMP), St. Francis Naggalama Hospital, CUAMM, and Mukono Town Council.

MUMYO is also a member of the Uganda Water and Sanitation NGO Network (UWASNET), DENIVA, UNASO, and enjoys consultative relations with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations, since 2000.
